SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping: G-OUSSVE offers two shipping options for all orders: standard shipping and express shipping.
We try to ship as quickly as possible.
Number of Packages: Orders for multiple items may arrive in separate packaging as they may exceed the limit due to weight or packaging volume.
2. Order Processing
Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. Please review this confirmation for accuracy.
Processing Time: Orders usually go out within 4 days of ordering if all the items are in stock, most times much quicker. However, during peak times (new releases and holidays) you will need to allow a couple more days for processing.
3. Where does G-OUSSVE can ship to?
Ship to 76 countries. (As long as you can place the order successfully, it can be shipped to your address.)
(Note: Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products due to factors such as localate laws, hazmat materials, large or oddly shaped items, or specific address types that some carriers cannot deliver to.)
4. Tracking Orders
Tracking Number: Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.
Tracking Information: Please allow some time for tracking information to become available after you receive the tracking number.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping Fees: We offer free shipping in most areas. Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
6. Shipping Delays
Unforeseen Delays: G-OUSSVE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier disruptions, or natural disasters.

7. Address Accuracy
Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses during the checkout process. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses.
8. Delivery Issues
Missing or Damaged Items: If your order arrives with missing items or is damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery at huoledfer@gmail.com for assistance.
9. Order Cancellations
We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment is finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

G-OUSSVE reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
